Projects

Our work is grounded in deep partnerships that go beyond project work. We engage closely with clients to uncover root challenges, align with stakeholders, and design strategies that support meaningful, sustained change—whether through transformation, change management, or organizational planning in the built environment.

Through this work, we uncover insights that transcend sectors, allowing us to translate proven strategies that help our client’s long-term success.

NBBJ has helped UC Davis Health to develop and document several transformative campus plans;

to include our inpatient and outpatient Clinical Services Master Plans as well as our Research Master Plan. In each of these instances their measured and informed approach and thought leadership helped to work through some challenging facilities issues leading to the many facilities developments that we have underway today.
