She has decades of experience in acute and ambulatory settings of the healthcare industry with a passion for process improvement developing simplified solutions using LEAN Six-Sigma methodology. Connie is a creative project manager and subject matter expert promoting collaboration between hospital management, clinical providers and end-users.
